Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our site. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, we have a few guidelines in place for refunds.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- 1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital download twice, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase.
- 2. Defective Product: If you encounter a technical problem with a digital download that prevents you from accessing or using the product, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we will issue a full refund or provide technical support to resolve the issue.
- 3. Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are not satisfied with a digital download you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase and explain your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but if you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the circumstances fall outside of these guidelines. We also reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
